Designer/Wood Construction Specialist

Place of work: Pisz
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Working in a research and development laboratory.
- Developing and implementing solutions for the production of wood-based products dedicated to the construction industry.
- Cooperating with customers and suppliers in the construction industry within the scope of project implementation.
- Cooperation within the Paged group of companies, in particular with the technology, production, sales, and marketing departments.
- Supervision of laboratory testing of materials and finished products using control and measurement equipment, assigning work to laboratory technicians, analysis and conclusions from the tests performed.
- Keeping records of tests, design documentation, and implementation documentation.
- Working in a 2D/3D CAD environment and in ANSYS LS Dyna.
Requirements:
- Higher education, e.g., construction, wood technology (specialization in wooden structures).
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to think creatively when developing new products/solutions.
- Analytical thinking skills, ability to draw conclusions from laboratory/production tests.
- Commitment and motivation to work.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Very good knowledge of CAD (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp).

- Driving license category B.
