Junior Strategic Account Manager

We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:

Junior Strategic Account Manager

Place of work: Pisz or Morag

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets through comprehensive strategic customer service
  • Coordinating the order fulfillment process
  • Preparing and verifying sales documents
  • Building lasting and cooperative relationships with customers
  • Entering data into the ERP system (orders, contractors, invoices)
  • Working in CRM
  • Handling complaints

Requirements:

  • Secondary/higher education (preferably in marketing or management)
  • Experience in sales, marketing or customer service (at least 1 year)
  • Ease and ability to establish long-term customer relationships
  • Independence in action and ability to organize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to emerging opportunities and potential risks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English
