We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:
IT Director
Place of work: Pisz or Morąg
Your future tasks:
- Creating and implementing IT strategies in line with the company’s objectives
- Managing the IT team – recruitment, motivation, employee development
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of IT systems, servers, networks, and applications
- Cooperating with other departments, especially production, so that IT technologies support the work of the plant
- Managing IT projects, budget planning, and cost control
- Implementing modern solutions and automation
- Supervising data security and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Cooperating with suppliers and external partners
Apply if:
- Higher education (preferred fields: IT, management, production engineering)
- 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years in a managerial position
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, D365) and production tools (MES, SCADA)
- Project management (Agile, Scrum, ITIL) and budget management skills
- A leader who communicates well with the team and management
- Knowledge of English (important for contact with suppliers and documentation)
