We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:
Production Planning Specialist
Place of work: Pisz

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and updating production schedules,
- Supervising planning data in the company’s IT system,
- Monitoring the current status of orders and analyzing deviations,
- Reporting on the implementation of production plans and responding to changes in the production plan on an ongoing basis,
- Maintaining documentation for the department’s work,
- Analyzing key indicators related to production plans,
- Working closely with the Logistics, Sales, Procurement, and Production Departments to ensure that the plan is implemented,
- Optimizing planning processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Preferred education in economics or technology,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Ability to work with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Optima, IFS),
- Ability to work in dynamic conditions,
- Analytical, organizational and communication skills,
- Ability to plan and organize work,
- Meticulousness, accuracy,
- Experience in a similar position (min. 2 years),
- Knowledge of production processes and planning principles.
