We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:
Project Monitoring Specialist
Place of work: Morąg
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring the progress of projects within the company’s project portfolio
- Verifying the compliance of projects with schedules, budgets, and objectives
- Analyzing and aggregating status reports submitted by Project Managers
- Preparing regular management reports and presentations for senior management
- Tracking and analyzing project budget utilization, identifying deviations and financial risks
- Supporting project teams in the area of reporting tools and methods
- Maintaining and developing project monitoring standards within the PMO
- Cooperating with financial controlling and other departments in the area of project data
- Support in preparing project portfolio reviews and strategic decisions
- Participation in project reviews and project process improvement initiatives
Our requirements:
- Higher education
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on numerical and status reports
- Ability to prepare clear presentations (PowerPoint) and reports
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Independence, accuracy, and meticulousness
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders in the organization
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to analyze documentation and prepare reports
Welcome:
- Experience in PMO, project control or project work
- Knowledge of project management and project portfolio processes (knowledge of methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum)
- Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira, Asana)
