We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:
Shift Manager in the Production Department
Place of work: Pisz
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the implementation of tasks in the production process
- Timely completion of production orders
- Monitoring employee compliance with production standards
- Managing teamwork
- Optimizing production processes in terms of efficiency, quality, and safety
- Building a culture of cooperation, commitment, and proactive action
Requirements:
- Experience in team management in the wood industry or other manufacturing industry is welcome
- Higher or secondary vocational education (e.g., wood technologist)
- Type D operating license for electromagnetic equipment (presses, dryers, fans, dust extraction systems)
- Developed management skills – planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of tasks in a subordinate team
- Ability to work and make decisions under time pressure and task pressure
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift, 4-team system
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Commitment and motivation to work
