We have established a Technology Partnership with the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw

We respect tradition and look to the future with enthusiasm. We have been involved in social and cultural activities for many years. We support passion and creativity. That is why we are delighted to become the Technology Partner of the Grand Theater – National Opera.

Paged plywood has been used on the stage of the Grand Theatre – National Opera for many years. We are extremely proud that among the many applications of our products is the construction of stage sets for outstanding theater and opera productions. In 2022, the plywood manufacturers of the Paged Group entered into a Technology Partnership with this world-class cultural institution.

Our products are used, among other things, in the set design for “Dracula”, which can be seen in December 2022 and February 2023.

Dracula, with music by Wojciech Kilar and choreography by Krzysztof Pastor, became the ballet sensation of 2018. The performance was commissioned by the West Australian Ballet and had its world premiere in September 2018 in Perth.

The West Australian Ballet wanted to include in its repertoire a ballet adaptation of Bram Stoker’s horror novel Dracula (1897) and its Oscar-winning 1992 film adaptation directed by Francis Ford Coppola, with music by Wojciech Kilar. The theater approached Krzysztof Pastor with this proposal, who decided not to refer exclusively to Coppola’s film in his dramatic concept, but to showcase more of Wojciech Kilar’s music. The performance is therefore based on a carefully and precisely arranged score (Michael Brett), which consists of various pieces by the Polish composer.
