Effective 1 February 2026, the Supervisory Board of PAGED Plywood S.A. appointed Mr Przemysław Kłobut as President of the Management Board of the Company.
Przemysław Kłobut has been associated with the Paged Group since August 2022. Within the Group, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until October 2025 and subsequently as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PAGED Plywood S.A. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, particularly in the area of corporate finance. Previously, he was associated with organisations such as Burda, Soonly, and mBank. He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics (Finance and Banking) and IESE Business School in Barcelona, where he completed his MBA studies.
Mr Kłobut’s appointment comes at a time of challenging market conditions for the wood and wood-based materials industry. PAGED Plywood continues to successfully address issues such as price dumping, unfair competition, and the circumvention of trade sanctions by Russia and Belarus, while consistently strengthening its market position.

As of Mr Kłobut’s assumption of the role of President of the Management Board, PAGED Plywood will continue to be managed by its existing experienced executive team, ensuring the company’s operational and strategic continuity. Alongside President Przemysław Kłobut, the Management Board includes Jarosław Wasiuk, responsible for sales and marketing; Bartłomiej Krupa, overseeing operations; and Maciej Cieślak, responsible for finance.
On 22 January, Mr Marek Janke submitted his resignation from the position of President of the Management Board.
