Paged Blockboard – the power of natural wood

For thousands of years, it has been one of humanity’s greatest treasures. Natural wood, thanks to its unique properties and wide range of processing options, remains one of the basic raw materials used in construction, shipbuilding, transport, and furniture manufacturing. This means that the resources of this valuable material must be used responsibly. That is why we have created Paged Blockboard.

The core of Paged Blockboard is solid softwood. It gives the product hardness and resistance to both deformation and moisture. The top and bottom layers of the board are finished with veneer (natural wood veneer), which gives it an attractive, elegant appearance. Paged Blockboard is manufactured using non-aggressive methods, which minimizes the content of formaldehyde and other substances that could have a harmful effect on the health of users or the environment. This is a significant market advantage over typical MDF or laminated boards.

Paged Blockboard is a board with a wide range of applications. It owes its versatility to the combination of two unique characteristics of wood:

• the hardness and resistance of properly arranged softwood;
• the beautiful, decorative grain of the veneer layers (oak, beech, ash, African mahogany). The inner layer can be between 13 and 45 mm thick (9 variants in total), with the veneered outer layers always 1.5 mm thick. The board can be 1250×2500 mm or 2500×1250 mm in size.

Paged Blockboard is an environmentally friendly product that is also extremely durable and attractive. This makes it ideal for applications where high strength parameters and original aesthetics are required. This plywood can be used, among others, in:

• Furniture industry (cabinet fronts and tops, kitchen cabinets)
• Carpentry industry (stairs, window sills, shelves)
• Transport industry (boxes, safety elements)
• Joinery (doors, window elements).
