Paged Phon plywood is a specialized, multi-layer composite board made of hardwood plywood with a rubber damping layer. Thanks to its unique design, the plywood provides excellent sound insulation and effective damping of vibrations transmitted from the chassis or vehicle structure. The symmetrically positioned damping layer, made of special rubber, effectively reduces vibrations and lowers the noise level caused by engine operation, rolling friction or changes in steel volume. Paged Phon plywood is also available in a film-faced version as Paged Phon FR, which allows for a wide range of applications in various industries.
